The role emphasizes integrations, reporting, security, data conversion, and Core HCM, aligned with cross-functional collaboration with People Excellence, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for Workday HCM integrations, reporting, security, data conversion, and production support.
• Design, build, configure, and maintain integrations using EIB.
• Support integrations across Core Connectors, Workday Studio, RaaS, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and secure file transfer methods.
• Create and maintain technical design docs, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Partner with Reporting/Analytics to test Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
