Job summary

Kainos in Indianapolis is seeking a Workday AMS HCM Lead Consultant (Talent & Learning) to manage ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions for global clients. You’ll specialize in Talent and Learning and serve as a subject matter expert within the AMS team.

You’ll advise clients, deliver tailored solutions that align with evolving business needs, blend deep functional expertise with hands-on configuration, and provide leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Workday Talent and Learning modules.
• Proven client-facing consulting or HRIS experience.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert configuration and support in Workday Talent & Learning.
• Be the primary client contact, building relationships and offering strategic advice.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage priorities across multiple clients.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and guide testing processes.
• Suggest improvements to configuration and user experience within Workday.
