Job summary

Kainos Group plc is seeking a Workday Prism & Accounting Center Consultant within AMS. You will transform Workday data into trusted reporting, analytics and accounting outputs, building and optimizing reporting, Prism and Accounting Center solutions to enable informed business decisions and improved financial transparency.

As part of our AMS Post-Production team, you will support multiple customers across industries, provide advisory services, enhancement delivery, troubleshooting, and solution

Qualifications

Experience with Workday Prism or Accounting Center reporting.
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and analytics.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and optimize complex Workday reports via Report Writer, Prism and Accounting Center.
Lead reporting workstreams on deployment engagements, prioritizing based on customer needs and complexity.
Build and maintain Prism ingestion tables, datasets, connections, and data change tasks that source and enrich data for Accounting Center.
Configure enrichment stages, mapping tables, and journal header/line rules to transform high‑volume events into journals; ensure multi‑currency precision.
Support the full Accounting Center lifecycle from discovery, build, batch processing, to troubleshooting and reconciliation.
Mentor junior consultants.
