The Personnel Board of Jefferson County is seeking experienced Workday System Specialists to support employment records accuracy and compliance across multiple Merit System agencies. You will conduct quality control reviews, calculate salary schedules, review payroll records, and train agency end users on Workday processes to resolve errors and ensure accurate processing of employment actions.

This role requires auditing Workday processes, reconciling payroll data, and maintaining system data

Qualifications

• Experience editing spreadsheet data for Workday or similar systems.
• Experience troubleshooting data errors in Workday or similar systems.
• Experience analyzing large datasets to identify and resolve errors.

Responsabilités

• Perform periodic audits of personnel actions and employment records in Workday.
• Review Workday processes and actions to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Assist with maintenance of Workday processes through testing in testing and live environments.
• Provide Workday user support and help users execute necessary actions to ensure data accuracy.
• Reconcile payroll records between agency systems and Workday to certify payroll compliance.
• Identify training needs and conduct end-user trainings on Workday functionality.
• Update supervisor org charts in Workday and validate salary schedules for upload.
• Update Merit System salary schedules and communicate changes for uploading online.
