Job summary

Digile Pte Ltd is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst / HRIS Systems Analyst to assess the design of enterprise projects and drive best practices for HR technology.

Location: Warren, MI or Austin, TX; hybrid arrangement with on-site presence Tue, Wed, Thu in Warren. Duration: 12 Months+. You will lead global initiatives, coordinate between business and IT, and own the system functionality and technology roadmap for HRIS integrations.

Workday Systems Analyst / HRIS Systems Analyst

Location: Warren, MI or Austin, TX

Duration: 12 Months+

The Systems Analyst will assess the overall design of assigned technical projects (custom or product strategy) and recommend best practices for solutions based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take projects from initial ideation through to successful completion, ensuring that innovative solutions are effectively implemented and integrated into existing processes.

Vendor Responsibilities or Individual Tasks:

• Lead global technical projects and initiatives.
• Manage identification and resolution of business and data issues.
• Act as the main technical contact between business and IT teams.
• Maintain strong knowledge of business processes, best practices, and technologies.
• Promote technical best practices and drive process improvements.
• Stay updated on supplier systems and IT platforms for HR.
• Provide technical training and mentorship within the team.
• Improve IT customer satisfaction through transparent communication.
• Coordinate project delivery with vendors and internal IT.
• Own system functionality and technical roadmap of technology and integrations.
• Support compliance with accessibility, localization, and regulations.
