Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Workday experience.
• Functional expertise in HCM, Finance, or Security.
• Experience with Workday reporting and configuration.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, certification and/or experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Configures, maintains, and optimizes Workday within an assigned domain (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Benefits, or Security).
• Provides Tier 2/3 functional support for Workday issues and performs root-cause analysis.
• Leads small-to-medium Workday initiatives from requirements through testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions and drive process improvements.
• Supports release readiness, testing, and recurring operational events; maintains documentation and change control.
