Job summary

Transwestern is seeking a Workday Support Administrator in Houston, TX. You will provide day-to-day administration and Tier 1 support for the Workday platform, collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance to resolve issues and maintain configurations.

The role requires strong problem-solving, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience supporting Workday or another HRIS platform.
• Experience in one or more HRIS functional areas (Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, or Financial Management).
• Workday Pro certification or Workday training in relevant modules is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for Workday questions and issues, including basic troubleshooting.
• Manage Workday tickets through ServiceNow, triaging, prioritizing, and resolving incidents.
• Support updates to Workday processes, security roles, and tenant configurations.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and validation of Workday features and reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
