Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Enrollment technology support, preferably in Workday.
• Familiarity with Workday modules and business process configuration.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning reporting tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising.
• Assist in testing system changes and implementing updates or enhancements.
• Maintain business processes and configuration documentation.
• Create and run basic to intermediate Workday Student reports and dashboards for internal use.
• Assist end users with Workday Student functionality and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Help develop user guides and training materials to support Workday Student adoption.
