• Support the implementation, analysis, design, and testing of the student Workday application.
• Lead Workday functions like troubleshooting system issues, design workflows, and testing configurations and software release evaluation.
• Act as escalation point for user-reported issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive innovative solutions across projects.
