- Partner with sourcing, contracting, Workday, IT, and implementation teams throughout the project.
- Assist with front-end Workday configuration, workflow development, and functional implementation decisions.
- Help design and document contracting and sourcing workflows, including process maps and Visio diagrams.
- Support contract and sourcing processes involving terms and conditions, payment terms, approvals, workflows, and related documentation.
- Prepare and organize implementation documents, files, and data.
- Assist with data and document movement into the new Workday environment.
- Complete weekly implementation requirements and project deliverables.
- Participate in implementation meetings and help drive follow-up activities to completion.
- Provide hands‑on operational support to ensure the new processes and systems align with the needs of the sourcing and contracting organization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of how a sourcing and/or contracting department operates.
- Hands‑on experience working in sourcing, procurement, contracting, or a closely related function strongly preferred.
- Experience with Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS).
- Experience with Evisort / Workday Contract Intelligence (CI).
- Understanding of contract processes, including terms and conditions, payment terms, approvals, workflows, and contract documentation.
- Ability to navigate Workday from a functional perspective and contribute to configuration and workflow decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documents, data, deliverables, and implementation activities.
