Job summary
Optomi is seeking a Workday Implementation Consultant to support a major transformation of contracting and sourcing processes. You’ll help implement Workday CLM, WSS, and Evisort, collaborating with sourcing, contracting, and IT teams to configure workflows and data movements within Workday.
The role emphasizes functional Workday expertise and deep knowledge of sourcing and contracting operations to ensure the new processes meet business needs and deliver integrated, AI-enabled contract
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, procurement, or contracting.
- Experience with Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS).
- Ability to navigate Workday functionally and contribute to configuration and workflow decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Workday CLM, WSS, and related tooling.
- Partner with sourcing, contracting, Workday, IT, and implementation teams.
- Assist with front-end Workday configuration and workflow development.
- Design and document contracting and sourcing workflows (process maps/Visio).
- Assist with data migration and documentation for the new Workday environment.
- Complete weekly implementation requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in implementation meetings and drive follow‑ups to completion.
- Provide hands‑on operational support aligning processes with business needs.
