Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Workday Consultant to lead cross-functional client projects in the United States. You will participate in full life cycle Workday implementations, from planning through post-production support, and collaborate with business stakeholders to design effective solutions.

You will document requirements, configure applications, deliver training, and mentor teams while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, HR, IT/MIS or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of related Workday consulting experience
• Minimum 4 full life cycle Workday implementations
• Knowledge of Workday modules and applications
• Industry-recognized professional certification required
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and reports
• Experience with integration and Workday deployments

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle Workday implementations (planning, design, and build)
• Document business requirements, system designs, and transformational goals
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
• Create training materials and quick reference guides
• Conduct training classes for end users before deployment
• Provide post-production support
• Assist with requirements, functional/design, prototyping, testing, and support procedures
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours and deliver complex projects
