Workday Senior HRIS Manager - up to $185,000 + Bonus - Hybrid, NYC

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Workday professional who is ready to take the next step into people management. The role will initially have 1 direct report, with the opportunity to develop your management experience while continuing to work hands-on across Workday.

Job responsibilities:

• Own hands-on Workday configuration and optimisation, with a particular focus on Security, HCM, and Recruiting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Lead and support project-based initiatives, including building reports and dashboards for the Recruiting team.
• Guide testing activities and ensure solutions are fit for purpose before deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Security, HCM, and Recruiting.
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and explaining technical concepts in plain language.
• Team lead, mentoring, or managerial experience
