1. Workday Supply Chain Functional Consultant (Remote)

We're looking for a Workday SCM Functional Consultant to help support and enhance our enterprise ERP systems. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Enterprise ERP environment with a focus on Supply Chain.
• Build, deploy, and enhance Workday SCM features and modules.
• Oversee change control and migration to production environments.
• Monitor ServiceNow queues and handle ticket assignments.
• Collaborate with change management to document business requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and system maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Workday Supply Chain and Finance functional support.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Workday reporting skills are a plus.

2. Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Finance & Supply Chain

Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN (Local Candidates Only)

We are seeking a Senior BSA with deep configuration experience in Workday Finance & Supply Chain to drive process improvement and deliver enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday Finance & SCM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Resolve ServiceNow tickets and serve as SME during go-lives.
• Travel to Allina Health hospitals (~10%) for collaboration and support.

Required:

• Must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
• Background in healthcare organizations preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with: Par Excellence, GHX Marketplace, EDI, IBM Tririga, StrataJazz, Vizient, Concur.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.
