Job Title: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: St. Louis, MO/ Remote considered for strong candidates.

Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. You will play a key role in a new Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment, acting as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business owners, Project Managers, IT Directors, and ERP implementation teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide techno-functional expertise for the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Finance, HCM, or SCM modules).
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries to assist with data extraction, transformation, and correction activities.
• Participate in design sessions and contribute to solution architecture for complex business needs.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous enhancements.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams and end users.
• Work with Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in at least one of the core modules: HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain (SCM).
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, and Integration tools (SOAP/REST Web Services).
• Experience with data migration, reporting, and customizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
