The Client:

Our client is an American musical instrument retailer chain and is the largest company of its kind in the United States.

The Role:

We are replacing Trintech TRECS with Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The engagement’s objective is to provide a senior ARCS developer who will:

• Validate source data and tune match rules for the accounts
• Build the transaction-type mapping table and complete auto-match configuration.
• Automate the journal-entry extract process that will replace TRECS postings to the GL.
• Configure Variance Analysis and support testing through go-live and hyper-care.

Required Experience:

• Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS – Transaction Matching & Variance Analysis
• Data Integration Framework / Data Management
• EPM Automate & REST APIs
• Oracle Data Integration / Data Management UI
• Oracle SQL Developer or TOAD
• Jira & Confluence (defect tracking / docs)
• Git or similar VCS
• Groovy (EPM rules)
• Python for REST & file automation
• Bash / PowerShell wrappers

Bonus Points:

• ODI or other ETL tool (Talend, Informatica) for complex transforms—useful when source files need heavy reshaping before ARCS loads.
• Shell scripting for file moves & checksums
• Experience migrating from TRECS or other legacy reconciliation tools
• Duration: 4+ weeks
• Commitment: full-time, 40 hours per week
• Location: US
