Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Director‑level leader to guide Workday Healthcare SCM engagements, building executive relationships and delivering complex transformations.

The role emphasizes strategy, program leadership, and client stewardship across Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. The position requires 8–10 years in consulting or healthcare operations, with Workday domain expertise and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8–10 years of consulting, healthcare operations, or enterprise application implementation experience with Workday leadership.
• Deep healthcare provider industry knowledge with hospital/health system supply chain ops and procure‑to‑pay processes.
• Workday certification in Financials, SCM, and/or Procurement preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and executive presence with senior client executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior delivery leader and trusted advisor for Workday Healthcare SCM engagements.
• Lead large‑scale Workday Healthcare SCM implementation, optimization, and advisory engagements within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Provide strategic guidance on healthcare supply chain transformation and Workday leading practices.
• Support sales pursuits with solution shaping, proposals, and executive presentations.
