Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Director-level leader to guide Workday Healthcare SCM engagements, partnering with healthcare executives to drive transformational supply chain initiatives.

You will lead large-scale implementations, align projects with strategic goals, and mentor teams while maintaining strong client relationships across Finance, Operations, IT and Shared Services. Expect travel up to 50% and active involvement in business development.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of consulting, healthcare operations, or enterprise application implementation experience including leadership of Workday workstreams

Aufgaben

• Serve as the senior delivery leader for Workday Healthcare SCM engagements
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships across SCM, Finance, Operations, IT, and Shared Services
• Partner with client executives to align Workday SCM initiatives with organizational objectives
• Lead executive steering committee meetings and governance forums
• Drive large-scale Workday Healthcare SCM implementations and advisory engagements
• Ensure delivery against scope, budget, timeline, quality and client satisfaction
• Guide solution design across procurement, inventory, contracts, and related processes
• Support sales pursuits through solution shaping and proposal development
• Develop and coach consultants and leaders while fostering collaboration and delivery excellence
