Job summary

Huron in the United States seeks a Director to lead enterprise-scale Workday HCM implementations for healthcare clients. You’ll guide client engagements, shape delivery strategy and mentor teams to ensure outcomes that meet ambitious engagement objectives.

This role offers strong compensation with base salary range and annual incentive, travel up to 50%, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to drive Growth, improve operations and patient outcomes while upholding

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale Workday HCM platform implementations with an emphasis in healthcare.
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior-level client executives based on expertise and professionalism.
• Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration.
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff in project-management and technical dimensions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
