You will work in a fast-paced environment, using Workday and other HR tools to provide accurate, timely guidance to employees and managers. Responsibilities include handling high volumes of calls and chats, ensuring confidentiality, and escalating complex issues while maintaining detailed case records.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of HR/Operations or call center experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday or HR systems is desirable; familiarity with HR portals and case management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handles day-to-day transactional processing in Workday and related systems.
• Responds to high volume calls, chats, and texts in a call center environment.
• Adheres to HR Operations SLAs and KPIs; provides accurate and timely information.
• Escalates complex issues to Tier 2 or HR Service Center Manager as needed.
• Maintains detailed records of all interactions in the Case Management System.
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with laws and company policies.
