Medasource in the United States seeks a Workday Reporting Consultant to design, build, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions for workforce data.

You will train and mentor team members on report creation, maintenance, and best practices, while ensuring adoption of reporting tools across HR, talent, payroll, and workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience developing Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and reporting framework.
• Experience creating advanced, matrix, and custom reports.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Experience conducting end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Strong troubleshooting and report optimization skills.
• Ability to document reporting processes and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting HR, Talent, Payroll, or Workforce reporting initiatives.
