Job summary

Washington State University seeks a Report Developer for the Modernization team in Pullman, WA. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of system-wide Workday reporting projects, becoming the go-to expert for reporting across units.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into technical requirements, delivering clear dashboards and data insights, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll and other partners to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and three years of professional experience, or equivalent.
Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience interpreting and applying laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
Ability to interact with large groups and individuals at all work levels.

Responsibilities
