Washington State University is seeking a Report Developer in the Modernization team to design, develop, and implement high-impact Workday reporting solutions across the university. Professional Position Details: The Opportunity: Washington State University's Modernization team is now accepting applications for a Report Developer. Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-impact, system-wide strategic and operational reporting projects. As a key resource for all WSU units and the Modernization team, you’ll be the go-to expert for everything related to Workday reporting. As a Report Developer you'll apply your analytical skills to understand business needs, design effective solutions, and ensure accurate interpretation of complex data across the university. Your ability to translate technical details into clear, meaningful information will empower decision-makers at every level. You will also troubleshoot and resolve critical reporting issues, proactively identify new reporting opportunities, and ensure compliance with state and university policies. With a strong customer-focused mindset, you’ll deliver data solutions that drive business success.

Overtime eligibility will be determined by final placement in the salary range. Monthly Salary Range: $4,942.10 to $7,569.55 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
