Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Optimization Senior Consultant. You will manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, leading design and development of client solutions to optimize Workday tenants.

Up to 25% travel with focus on remote work or Guidehouse offices. The role requires a bachelor's degree with 3+ years in Workday Payroll (or a master's with 1+ year) or 7 years experience without a degree, plus at least 2 years of Workday experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity, preferably in post-production support.
• Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity, preferably in post-production support.
• Two years of work experience with Workday required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of solutions for clients optimizing their Workday tenant.
• Manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments.
• Deliver Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking optimization across client environments.
