Job summary

GQR is seeking an experienced Workday Recruiter to join our team in NYC. You'll be responsible for recruiting Workday functional, technical, and project resources for both contract and permanent hiring.

The role requires an onsite presence 3 days a week, and we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and a proven track record in recruitment. Join us to support our growing Workday Practice.

GQR is a trusted leader in Workday® staffing and a Certified Workday Partner, supporting clients across the full Workday lifecycle—from implementation and optimization to advisory and long-term strategic hiring. We are growing our dedicated Workday Practice and are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiter to support both contract and permanent hiring across HCM, Financials, and the broader Workday ecosystem.

This requires an onsite presence 3 days a week in our NYC Chelesa office

What You’ll Do

• Recruit Workday functional, technical, and project resources across contract and permanent positions
• Support Workday implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and advisory projects
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, SI partners, and end customers
• Develop a strong network of Workday-certified consultants (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Reporting, etc.)
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch GQR’s Workday staffing and advisory solutions
• Act as a market expert and trusted advisor within the Workday space

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting Workday professionals (agency or consulting background preferred)
• Experience placing contract and/or permanent Workday resources
• Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and certification landscape
• Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding recruiting and revenue targets
• Highly motivated, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
