Job summary

Oakridge Staffing in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Specialist (Consultant) to assist with a Workday implementation. The role is onsite 4 days/week in midtown Manhattan, reporting to the Director HR Technology.

You will support the HR systems landscape across North America, providing L2 HRIS support and collaborating with HR teams to ensure data integrity and security within Workday and other HR platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR technology L2 support experience, focusing on system support, testing, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM is required.
• Experience with SAP HR modules or other HR systems (timekeeping, payroll, benefits, LMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Systems and Applications Support.
• Provide L2 support for HRIS, including resolving user tickets, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring data integrity and security within Workday (HCM/Payroll/Time Tracking, etc.), SAP HR, Varicent, Cornerstone, and other HR systems.
• Support Workday HCM/Payroll/Security and time tracking setup and administration as well as the interfaces with other systems.

As a WSorkday Specialist, you will be a key member of the Operations Human Resources Team, reporting directly to the Director HR Technology. You will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic vision and roadmap for the HR systems landscape in North America.

Essential hands-on experience with Workday HCM; preferred experience with SAP HR modules and other HR systems (e.g., timekeeping, payroll, benefits, LMS), or a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
