Job summary

WSLCB is seeking a Management Analyst 4 to lead training efforts for the OneWA/Workday transition. This role will coordinate enterprise-wide training, collaborate with SMEs to translate complex processes, and ensure readiness for go-live.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, leading sessions (virtual and in-person), and tracking readiness with project management to ensure a smooth ERP implementation through June 30, 2027 and beyond.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of combined relevant professional experience and education in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field.
• AND Four (4) years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
• OR Four (4) years of relevant professional experience in Public Sector Accounting, ERP training/testing, and related competencies.
• Experience with statewide accounting systems and processes (AFRS, CAMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, assessment, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide training strategies for the Workday transition.
• Translates complex business processes into clear training content with SMEs.
• Establish SMART learning objectives for project readiness.
• Develop training materials including manuals, SOPs, job aids and quick references.
• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for diverse learners.
