Job summary

Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) is seeking a Management Analyst 4 to lead training efforts for the OneWA Workday transition. The role focuses on bridging technical configuration with agency operations, overseeing testing readiness, and preparing staff for go-live.

Based in Olympia, WA, this position reports to the CFO and General Accounting Manager and may include telework options as business needs allow.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of combined relevant professional experience and education in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
• ERP training and testing experience developing and facilitating training for enterprise-wide systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of functional testing techniques and defect management.
• Experience with AFRS, CAMS, ERP and related statewide accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, assessment, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide training strategies for the Workday transition.
• Translates complex business processes into clear training content in collaboration with SMEs.
• Evaluates staff knowledge to identify skill gaps and required training.
• Define SMART learning objectives for projects and ensure tests and training match requirements.
• Design training materials including manuals, guides, SOPs and quick references.
