The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board is seeking a Management Analyst 4 (OneWA Project Readiness Trainer) in Olympia, WA. This role bridges configuration and agency operations, guiding testing readiness and staff preparation for the Workday migration.

It acts as a high-level trainer between the agency and state project teams and supports QA efforts for the new ERP system. The position focuses on ensuring testing success, building knowledge for Go-Live, and coordinating with OFM and the

Qualifications

• Four years of combined relevant professional experience and related education in business/public administration or law.
• Four years of experience researching and analyzing policies, laws, or regulations.
• Knowledge of WA governmental accounting and SAAM; ERP training and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide training strategies to prepare staff for Workday transition.
• Translate complex processes into clear training content with SMEs.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate operational, technical, or soft-skill needs.
• Define SMART learning objectives and align training with testing timelines.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for Workday processes.
• Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions and manage logistics.
