Job summary

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) is seeking a Management Analyst 4 (OneWA Project Readiness Trainer) in Olympia, WA. The role focuses on readiness for the Workday ERP transition, bridging technical configuration with agency operations, and ensuring staff are prepared for go-live.

Qualifications

• Four years of combined professional experience and education in business administration, public administration, law, or related field.
• Experience with public sector accounting and SAAM concepts is valued.
• ERP training and testing experience with Workday, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, assessment, development, and delivery of enterprise training strategies for Workday transition.
• Translate complex business processes into clear training content with SMEs.
• Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate targeted training to staff.
• Design SMART learning objectives and measure training effectiveness.
• Create job aids and SOPs for Workday processes and ensure accessibility.
• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for diverse learners.
• Manage training logistics and scheduling for workshops.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring to learners to build confidence.
