Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a Workday Platform & Governance Owner to serve as the enterprise technical authority across Workday modules, ensuring secure, compliant, and architecturally optimized systems.

You will lead governance processes, manage environments, and provide expert configuration support for complex cross‑functional initiatives, while mentoring your team and collaborating with HRIT engineers and security partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HRIS experience with 5+ years hands‑on Workday configuration.
• Workday Pro Certifications across all major modules.
• Deep knowledge of Position and Job Management, security architecture, and SOD audit controls.
• Experience operating within a multi-tenant governance environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical authority for all Workday modules, advising on complex configuration, integration, and release management.
• Configure and support advanced security frameworks, eligibility rules, and cross-departmental business processes.
• Lead tenant management, including environment planning, sandbox refreshes, change approvals, and release cycles.
• Oversee governance activities, establish standards for change management, audit compliance, and security protocols.
• Chair the Workday Change Advisory Board and oversee upgrades and enhancements.
• Partner with security and audit teams to monitor access controls.
