Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Workday HCM-focused People Technology team. You will plan, implement, and optimize the Workday platform to support People & Culture initiatives and ensure data integrity, security, and governance across the organization.

You will drive a comprehensive Workday strategy, collaborate with Finance and IT, and mentor a high-performing team while staying current with Workday updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years managing Workday HCM (implementation, configuration, and support).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Workday certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Workday People Tech team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Workday strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate Workday with other systems.
• Oversee design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday modules with data integrity and security.
• Manage Workday upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting with vendors and IT.
• Analyze People Tech processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
• Stay informed on Workday updates and emerging tech to drive improvement.
• Conduct regular training for People & Culture and end-users on Workday features.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and data governance standards.
