Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a People Systems Analyst II to administer and troubleshoot Workday in a hybrid role based in Tustin, CA. You will manage configuration, documentation, and user support to ensure Workday availability and performance.

Collaborate with HR and IT to optimize processes, deliver end-user training, and advance Workday capabilities. A Workday Pro Certification and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus a related bachelor’s degree, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3-5 years of prior relevant experience required.
• Workday Pro Certification in 1 or more areas required.

Responsibilities

• Administers and adjusts Workday configuration, workflows and troubleshooting.
• Documents requirements, business processes and system workflows.
• Provides end-user training and support for Workday features.
• Collaborates with team members to identify process improvements in Workday.
• Escalates issues and applies problem management strategies as needed.
• Assists in designing and implementing new Workday functionalities.
