Job summary

Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.**Pay Range:**$42.41 - $63.62**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**40What You’ll Be DoingResponsible for effective administration, configuration, installation, provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure availability, capacity and performance of infrastructure systems are achieved. Collaborate with peers and manager on operational tasks, system enhancements and project activities.* Administers and adjusts business process steps to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions.* Documents requirements, business processes and system workflows.* Appropriately escalates service requests that require higher levels of technical support.* Provides general assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Workday. Supports teammembers and advises on best practices and problem resolution.* Creates and maintains general documentation, including job aids, desktop procedures for end users, etc.* Develops innovative solutions within existing functionality to address emerging needs.* Collaborates with other teammembers to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday.* Contributes to the development and maintenance of Workday business processes, and analytics to support functional areas.* Provides end-user support and training, ensuring teammembers are equipped to effectively use Workday and its features.* Provides one-on-one guidance to teammembers to accelerate user acceptance and familiarity with Workday.* Assists in designing and implementing new functionalities.
