Job summary

Nuro is seeking a People Systems Analyst in Mountain View to own Workday operations, reporting, and workforce analytics for the People Operations team. You will provide Tier 1 production support, build dashboards with AI-enhanced insights, and ensure data integrity across HR systems while collaborating with a lean, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Operations or HR analytics.
• Workday experience with at least one module (time tracking, absence, benefits a plus).
• Comfortable writing test scripts, building EIB files, and troubleshooting configurations.
• Analytically minded with strong data integrity focus.
• Strong discretion and ethics when handling sensitive People data.
• Curious about technology, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 Workday production support, including business processes, validations, and integrations.
• Configure, test, and implement new Workday release features in implementation tenants.
• Write test scripts and participate in testing cycles for features and fixes.
• Support data governance and routine data audits across HR systems.
• Own the monthly executive KPI reporting process from data collection to delivery.
• Build custom Workday reports and deep-dive analyses with AI to accelerate insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to scope reporting needs and deliver analytics.
• Streamline reporting workflows through AI tools and automation to scale analytics capacity.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes and communications.
