Job summary

KK Software Associates seeks a payroll systems specialist to lead the Workday Payroll workstream in a hybrid Washington, DC engagement. You will drive planning, requirements, schedules, risk management, testing, readiness, cutover, and stabilization post-implementation.

Collaborating with Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations, IT, vendors, and implementation partners, you will ensure seamless integration and operational go-live. UKG payroll knowledge is an asset for cross-platform coordination.

• Manage the Workday Payroll workstream, covering planning, requirements, schedules, risks, testing, implementation readiness, cutover, transition, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Coordinate Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations, IT, vendors, and implementation partners, with hands‑on knowledge of Workday and UKG payroll environments.
