TopBloc is seeking a Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant for remote India. You will act as a specialist guiding clients on Workday Payroll configurations and best practices, aligning with client needs and workflows.

Your role includes solving payroll issues, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely service delivery within SLAs. 1+ year payroll experience and Workday/ADP exposure preferred; strong communication required.

Competenze

• 1+ years experience processing payroll (Required).
• Knowledge of payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules (Required).
• Experience with ADP or Workday payroll systems (Preferred).
• Workday Payroll Certification (Preferred).
• Experience implementing, supporting or managing Workday Payroll for customers of all sizes (Preferred).
• Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Act as a named specialist for customers providing guidance and instructions using the Workday Payroll platform.
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise.
• Liaise between ADP and Workday through SmartCompliance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Configure Workday payroll components and reports of varying complexity.
• Understand Workday implementation methodology and perform pre-production duties.
• Support internal training and share knowledge with the team.
• Maintain SLA timeliness and target 80% quarterly billability.
• Be available during service hours (1:30 PM–9:30 PM IST) with flexibility as needed.
• Manage a team of consultants and guide their development.
• Contribute to sales material and project scoping as needed by the sales team.

Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• 1+ years experience processing payroll (Required)
• Knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules (Required)
• Experience with ADP or Workday payroll systems (Preferred)
• Workday Payroll Certification (Preferred)
• Experience implementing, supporting or managing Workday Payroll for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Preferred)
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations
• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Act as a named specialist for customers providing guidance, best practices, solutions and instructions using the Workday Payroll platform to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise
• Act as the liaison between ADP and Workday through SmartCompliance monitoring and issue resolution
• Configure Workday payroll components, reports, etc. of varying complexity levels
• Understands Workday implementation Methodology and performs various pre-production responsibilities as assigned including executing test scripts, converting legacy data into Workday, etc.
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
• Maintain timeliness of service level agreements and average billability of 80% quarterly.
• Accessible during service hours (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST) and flexibility to work beyond the standard service window as needed.
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
• Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
