Job summary

Brilliant Infotech Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM - Payroll Lead in Atlanta, GA. The role is hybrid with relocation accepted, and locals preferred.

The candidate will lead the Payroll workstream for a higher education/government client, requiring 10+ years of experience and Workday Payroll certification. You will provide functional Payroll knowledge, demonstrate features to clients, document requirements and design decisions, and drive testing, rollout, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payroll/Workday implementations.
• Workday Payroll Certification required.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules and payroll workstreams.
• Experience serving higher education or government clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and delivery of the Workday Payroll workstream for the client.
• Provide Payroll functional knowledge and demonstrate software features to clients.
• Document requirements and design decisions; transfer knowledge to the client team.
• Configure the software and support testing and rollout; lead the Payroll support team.
• Deliver User Stories and End-to-End testing plans; contribute to cutover planning and client communications.
