Job summary

Millennium Software and Staffing Inc. seeks a Payroll Lead consultant to drive the Workday Payroll workstream for a Detroit-based client, located in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for design, configuration, and delivery while coordinating with a client team and assuring successful rollout.

The role requires prior Workday Payroll experience and hands-on leadership of a payroll support team, including end-to-end testing and gap analysis. Travel is involved as stated.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Payroll in a lead or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes in higher education or government sectors.
• Ability to design, configure, test and rollout Workday payroll workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payroll workstream design, configuration and delivery.
• Provide functional payroll knowledge and client demonstrations; document requirements and decisions.
• Configures software, supports testing and rollout, and mentors the payroll team.

For our Detroit based client we require a Payroll Lead consultant to work in Atlanta, GA (All expenses for Tarvel will be covered)

Job Responsibilities:

Team lead responsible for design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Payroll workstream for higher education/government client.

Provides functional knowledge for Payroll, demonstrates software features to clients, documents requirements and design decisions, provides knowledge transfer to the client team, configures the software, and supports testing and rollout.

Responsible for Payroll support team members. Role requires prior Workday Payroll experience.
