Job description

Vaco is working with an impressive company in Atlanta, GA seeking a Payroll Analyst. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position; it is expected to convert to a permanent role within 90 days. Only candidates in the Atlanta, GA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for accurately analyzing payroll records and generating reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience analyzing domestic and Canadian payroll in Workday is REQUIRED.
2. Experience responding to and resolving tax notices, as well as managing tax reconciliations, is required.
3. Ability to identify trends related to garnishment and payroll tax audits.
4. Comfortable running ad hoc reports as needed by leadership.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
