Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Workday Operations Analyst to oversee US & Canada employee lifecycle operations on the ES team. You will handle termination processes, work authorization, data integrity, and complex inquiries with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in HR Operations, strong Workday HCM experience, and excellent Excel/data skills, with collaboration across Legal, Payroll, and IT. This position supports our global, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Shared Services in a multinational tech company.
• Proven experience with Workday HCM (operations, data updates, reports).
• Direct experience managing voluntary and involuntary separations and/or compliance (I‑9, work authorization) in US/Canada.
• Hands-on with AI tools and process automation to streamline workflows.
• Advanced Excel to analyze, audit, and reconcile HR datasets.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end termination operations US & Canada with 100% compliance.
• Lead Work Authorization & I-9 compliance programs and audits.
• Perform regular data quality audits in Workday and correct discrepancies.
• Support end-to-end process transitions and change management.
• Manage high volumes of complex employee inquiries and escalated tickets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, IT, ER and ES Business Partners.
• Identify opportunities for automation and participate in Workday UAT enhancements.
• Author KB articles and SOPs to standardize operations.
