• Gather and analyze client data to support solution design and identify process improvements.
• Contribute to business cases by quantifying ROI and tracking value realization metrics.
• Engage in client workshops, requirements sessions, and testing cycles; communicate functional concepts clearly.
• Support project management activities and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.
