Job summary

Unicon Pharma Inc is seeking an experienced Learning Platform Manager to oversee enterprise learning systems, optimize operations, and drive AI-enabled adoption across the organization.

In this role you will administer Workday Learning, support LinkedIn Learning operations, oversee Sana Learn rollout, and leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to improve resources and processes. You will coordinate testing, releases, and user training with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years in learning technology, HR technology, or learning operations.
• Advanced hands-on Workday Learning administration experience.
• Experience administering LinkedIn Learning and supporting its LMS integration.
• Experience with Sana Learn or a comparable AI-enabled learning-content platform.
• Practical experience using enterprise AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Experience with reporting, data validation, UAT, regression testing, and platform support.
• Ability to train distributed administrators and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Learning, including course setup, assignments, audiences, reminders, completion tracking, and reporting.
• Manage LinkedIn Learning operations, LMS integration support, troubleshooting, and user adoption.
• Support Sana Learn rollout, AI-powered content creation, and end-user training.
• Use ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve learning resources and administrative processes.
• Coordinate UAT, regression testing, platform releases, and operational readiness.
• Train Functional Learning Partners and develop SOPs, job aids, and administrator guides.
• Analyze learning data, validate reports, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Partner with HR, IT, People Technology, and cross-functional teams to resolve platform issues.
