Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking an HRIS Analyst II to administer and configure Workday Learning and support HRIS workstreams across the organization. You will manage data integrity, run complex HR reports, and collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT to ensure compliant HRIS usage and privacy.

The role includes problem-solving, user training, documentation, and participation in Workday releases to optimize HR processes and workflows.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of related experience.
In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and their configurations.
Understanding of HR processes and data privacy regulations.
Familiarity with HR reporting and analytics tools.
Proficiency in HRIS administration and system configuration.
Advanced data management and data integrity maintenance.
Ability to generate complex HR reports and metrics.
Strong problem-solving to troubleshoot HRIS issues.
Ability to work independently and manage HRIS tasks and projects.
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure Workday Learning to meet organizational learning needs.
Support HRIS ticket resolution and standard reporting.
Ensure data integrity through validation and audits and generate HR reports.
Triage and resolve HRIS issues, document resolutions for future reference.
Provide training and support to HR users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
Participate in Workday releases and support HRIS strategies to enhance processes.
