Nava, a government-focused consultancy and public benefit corporation, is hiring a Workday Administrator to own integrations, Studio, and Projects. You will partner with the HCM Manager to translate architectural decisions into reliable, auditable Workday configurations and continuous improvements.

You will proactively identify data quality issues, process gaps, and improvements within your scope and oversee changes affecting core architecture. Remote-first with a U.S.-based option.

Formación

• Hands-on Workday Studio and integration development experience.
• Experience administering the Projects module within the Finance SKU.
• Experience with system integrations and API management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Proven ability to build reports and configure BP across modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate within governance framework and escalate when needed.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Build and configure Workday Business Processes and rules.
• Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Perform data audits and reconcile data quality.
• Support data loads and mass data updates.
• Monitor releases and perform impact analysis and testing.
• Provide user support and job aids.
• Triage incidents and service requests to resolution.
• Support audit requests related to Workday configuration and data.
• Monitor and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, API).
• Develop Workday Studio integrations with vendors.
• Lead admin for Workday Projects module (Finance SKU).
• Recommend additional Workday SKUs or Projects features.
