Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Workday Enterprise Architecture & Integrations Leader (Manager level) in Miami, FL, onsite Monday through Thursday. The role focuses on owning the Workday integration architecture, roadmap, standards, and governance within a dynamic HR tech environment.

You will lead strategy, troubleshoot complex integrations, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday integrations and integration architecture.
• Hands-on technical expertise with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services/APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integrations, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions independently.
• Ability to establish architecture standards, guide technical decisions, and manage vendor-delivered solutions.
• Leadership experience mentoring technical teams and coordinating internal resources and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday integration architecture, technical roadmap, standards, and governance.
• Lead integration strategy and ongoing enhancements across the broader HR technology ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, build, and improve complex Workday integrations—not simply manage vendors or delegate technical issues.
• Evaluate integration quality and address gaps in externally developed solutions.
• Partner with internal teams, technical resources, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable integrations.
• Explore evolving Workday tools and approaches, including Orchestrator, to modernize integration development.
• Provide technical leadership and confidently guide architectural decisions with senior stakeholders.
