Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, test, and deploy integrations that connect Workday with internal and external systems. You will ensure data flows smoothly across HCM, Payroll, and Financial modules and collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll work with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio, maintaining documentation and supporting releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integration development with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with integration security and authentication methods (OAuth2).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integration Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations for various business processes at VXI Global Solutions. This role ensures seamless data flow between Workday and other internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using various integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Good understanding on API - Oauth2 policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, analyze current processes, and recommend optimal integration solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for all Workday integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing Workday integrations, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, specifications, and testing results.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new integration technologies, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on Workday integration functionality.
• Work closely with functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
• Participate in Workday release management activities, including impact analysis and testing of integrations.
