Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, test, and deploy integrations that connect Workday with internal and external systems. You will ensure data flows smoothly across HCM, Payroll, and Financial modules and collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll work with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio, maintaining documentation and supporting releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integration development with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with integration security and authentication methods (OAuth2).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations.
• Understand API - OAuth2 policies and implement secure integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing Workday integrations and resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation of integration designs and testing results.
• Stay updated with Workday updates and new integration tech.
• Provide support and guidance on integration functionality to end-users.
• Work with functional teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Participate in Workday release management and testing.
