Job summary

Attain Partners is a consulting firm helping education, nonprofit, healthcare, and government clients. We seek an Integration Lead to drive a Workday ERP implementation from discovery to deployment, leading the integration workstream and guiding developers while engaging client leadership.

You will design, test, and deploy Workday integrations, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and collaborating across multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of integration consulting or implementation experience, most recently as an Integration Lead or similar.
• Hands‑on experience leading Workday integration workstreams and teams.
• Experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-facing Integration Lead for a Workday ERP implementation.
• Lead the integration workstream across discovery, planning, design, development, and testing.
• Act as primary contact for client and project leadership on integration activities.
• Provide technical direction to integration developers while remaining hands-on.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Manage integration scope and client expectations throughout the implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and SI to achieve objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks; propose alternative technical approaches.
• Review designs for consistency, security, and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration methods and reusable solutions.
