Job summary

TechnoidLLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Financials Integration Consultant for a remote, term contract role. You will lead end-to-end Workday Financials integrations across modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.

The role requires a deep understanding of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, SOAP, and REST APIs, plus strong data transformation skills and stakeholder management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workday experience.

• Advanced experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, SOAP, and REST APIs.

• Experience integrating Workday with banking platforms, third-party applications, and external ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting workflows, and financial data flows.
• Proven experience leading complex integration projects and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Financials integration design, development, implementation, and deployment.
• Work across major Workday Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Banking & Settlement, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Assets, Projects, and Grants Management.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party financial, banking, ERP, and external systems.
• Lead integration architecture, technical design, data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Develop complex XSLT transformations, XML/JSON mappings, and custom integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Business, and Technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead integration testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and establish integration best practices.
